Dave Shriner: Dave is our Training Manager. He has over 20 years of corporate sales & consulting experience with the last 8 years in computer training. He has been a leading-edge partner to various businesses and industries assessing both corporate and individual training needs. Dave attributes his success in serving his clients by listening and learning - first - his client's needs. He has a real passion and belief that companies who pursue a culture of life-long learning, and who proactively invest in their staff's applicable technology skills, will more consistently achieve their critical business goals and out-produce those who simply react to daily circumstances.
Technical Trainers:Jacob Courter: MCT, MCP, MCSA, MCSE (NT 4.0, W2000), ASE, APS, API, CCA, CNA, Server+, A+
Jake has been in the IT field since 1994. Over the last five years Jake has been a consultant for ENS where he has implemented, upgraded, and maintained many technologies for businesses in a wide range of industry types. Due to his consulting and field work Jake brings real world experience to the classroom that can not be duplicated by just reading books. Jacob also works closely with Microsoft to help them develop certification material and has done so since the MCSE track for the Windows NT 4.0 technologies. Jake first got his MCT and started training in 1999 and continues to train for ENS today.Mark Bell: MCT, MCSE (W2000), MCSE+I, MCDBA, CTT, CNE3, CCNA®, A+
Mark has over 10 years experience teaching Microsoft Database, Development and Operating Systems courses. He possesses diverse experience in a number of platforms and software applications. As an accomplished trainer and presenter, Mark has an incredible ability to clearly illustrate complex subjects. He enjoys writing about technology as well, demonstrated in the numerous articles for Technical Support Magazine. (circulation 40,000). Mark's real-world experience includes the management of a successful business for 10 years.
