presents a New Program to better serve you
At ENS, we regularly analyze our customers’
needs so that we can provide them better options
for maintaining their IT investments.
From this analysis, we have determined that our
customers have a need for regular servicing and
maintaining of their computer networks.
We are proud to announce the solution:
Managed Services.
Through this program, ENS can provide regularly
scheduled support from as little as a few hours
each week up to full IT outsourcing.
Reason for new program
ENS developed the Managed Services program to
address our customers’ concerns that their
network systems had outgrown ‘fix-when-fail’
support. Their systems grew with their
businesses. Their systems improved efficiency
and profit.
But, now the systems are larger and more
complex. They need regular maintenance to avoid
down time. But, for some businesses, these
systems did not justify hiring full time
employees to maintain them. For others, the
hired full time employees did not do the job.
For either, when the critical application or
infrastructure fails and people can’t get their
jobs done, productivity is lost and money is
wasted.

Services. These programs offer as little, or as
much, system maintenance as your business
requires. In order to cover the spectrum of
needs of our customers, ENS Managed Services
consists of three distinct service levels.

short term, part time, on-site IT support.
On-Site IT staffing:
long term, full time, on-site IT support.
