training. Microsoft CTECs must submit a business
plan that is approved by Microsoft. Microsoft
Learning Solutions Centers must employ at least
two Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCTs) with a
premier certification (MCSE, MCSD, or MCDBA),
use Microsoft Official Curriculum and /or MSDN
training curriculum for all public training
classes, meet hardware requirements to deliver
optimal performance by providing high-end
computers for students, have a quality facility
that has state-of-the-art classroom facilities,
and establish a quality control and general
customer satisfaction policies.
Microsoft Learning Solutions Centers utilize
Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCTs) to deliver
high quality instruction. Microsoft Learning
Solutions Centers utilize MCTs to teach public
Microsoft Official Curriculum (MOC) courses.
MCTs are regarded as Microsoft product and
course experts who have the instructional skills
and technical qualifications to deliver quality
training to Information Technology (IT)
professionals and developers. Microsoft only
accredits professional trainers who maintain
their knowledge of Microsoft technologies and
their instructional skills. Not only do MCTs
deliver MOC, they also offer students valuable
