Many companies view training as an expense. At ENS, we know that in reality training is an investment. But we also know that sometimes is can be difficult to find budget dollars for training. That’s where ENS and some of our strategic partners can help cover the cost of training.

Grants
ENS can often help you locate available training grants. No training budget? No problem if you are…
• An individual who is unemployed and looking to enter the IT field.
• A displaced IT professional needing to update your skills.
• A company in either the advanced manufacturing or aerospace/defense industry, or provides related direct support to a company in one of these industries.

Software Assurance Training Vouchers
If your company has purchased Software Assurance benefits as part of your Open Value, Select, or EA licensing agreements with Microsoft, you may have Software Assurance Training Vouchers (SATV) available. If you are not sure, this certainly is worth checking with the individual who makes licensing purchase decisions for your company. Often our clients are not even aware that the SA benefit includes training vouchers!

Training Investment Plan
ENS awards matching training dollars when you pre-pay for training. Similar to a 401K account, ENS will match up to 35% of your training investment. The more you invest, the greater the match.
