Business Development Manager (Fort Wayne, Elkhart/Goshen, IN)

ENS Group, a technology consulting firm headquartered in Fort Wayne, Indiana, is expanding its sales team for the Northern Indiana market. ENS Group has offices in multiple cities in Northern Indiana. Positions are currently available in both our Fort Wayne, and Elkhart/Goshen offices.

ENS Group is looking for a well-rounded self-starter with strong sales and interpersonal skills and a strong background in selling information technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience selling Cisco Systems solutions to include routing, switching, unified communication and video systems and be familiar will all aspects of voice communications. The selected candidate must also be able to understand and articulate how technology can enhance productivity and ultimately the bottom line.

Requirements

Preferred candidates will have a minimum of two (2) years of experience selling professional services to C-level executives. A sustained performance record of calling on, selling to, and building relationships with C-level executives is desired. An understanding of virtualization technologies, Unified Communications, and technology infrastructure is desired, but not required. A general understanding of how technology functions within a business is a requirement.

Project Manager (Fort Wayne, IN)

ENS Group, a technology consulting firm headquartered in Fort Wayne, Indiana is seeking a Project Manager to join our team.

The candidate is responsible for the planning, executing, and completing of hardware and software based projects including, but not limited to, virtualization implementations, Cisco voice system implementations, SAN infrastructure implementations, etc. This position will establish project plans, schedule resources for project work, monitor and control project work, and properly close projects. Relies on broad knowledge and critical thinking to execute and complete established deliverables and milestones for each project. Inventiveness and resourcefulness will be key. Position requires a minimum 2-3 years experience in the Project Management field.

Key Responsibilities

-Conduct requirements meeting with all key stakeholders to gather information directly related to ensuring the desired delivery of all identified deliverables
-Plan and design, then ensure the execution and integrity of a project management plan to proactively anticipate and address scope, schedule, cost and other management
plans across the venture
-Coordinate Project Management department activities and assign technical staff to projects as needed
-Gather, organize and provide technical resources with all needed information prior to their arrival onsite to execute established processes as identified in the project
management plan
-On client’s behalf, coordinate all vendor related needs as it relates to specific projects requirements and deliverables as identified in Statements of Work, Project Engagement
Letters, and/or Project Management plan
-Schedule and conduct progress meetings which take place in various parts of projects. Meetings will be conducted with multiple stakeholders included, but not limited to:
ENS Technical staff, Account Manager, Pre-Sales Technical Staff, Client IT support, Client IT decision makers, vendors, etc.
-Resolves issues, proactively evaluates project activities, builds contingency plans, executes corrective actions when necessary and implements risk response plans to
manage risk
-Provides weekly project updates and weekly revised project metrics to upper management to gauge current project progress according to established baselines
-Conforms to and advocates ENS’s IT project management standards and processes, including change control and project management methodology on projects
-Other duties as assigned

Technical/Professional Knowledge

-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, in a technical or business-related field
-2-3 years’ experience in an IT project management role with demonstrated skills in vendor/client interaction, conflict resolution, and project management of intricate projects
-Candidates who hold industry recognized project management certifications will receive preference
-Strong soft-skills and advanced communication skills
-Holds a high level confidence and poise in interacting with upper management and client leadership teams.
-Superb oral and written communication, presentation and management skills. Exceptional execution of project communications plans is a requirement
-Ability to work individually or in a team, set priorities and meet deadlines on multiple projects
-Advanced analytical, problem solving, and planning skills
-Is creative and assertive and has the ability to mentor and coach others in relation to established project processes

Network Operations Center (NOC) Assistant (Fort Wayne, IN)

ENS Group, a technology consulting firm headquartered in Fort Wayne, Indiana is expanding its NOC team.    

ENS Group is looking for a Windows server administrator with 1-2 years’ experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows server administration, Windows OS workstation support, and network support. The selected candidate must possess excellent customer service and communication skills. Members of ENS Group’s NOC team are responsible for taking helpdesk calls, entering work order information, assisting clients with support requests, scheduling work orders, and configuring software and hardware for classroom/training environments.    

Requirements

Preferred candidates will have 1-2 years’ experience supporting Windows OS environments. Associates degree in technology preferred.

ENS Group is looking for a well-rounded self-starter with strong sales and interpersonal skills and a strong background in telecommunications sales. The ideal candidate will have experience selling telephony or PBX phone systems and will be familiar will all aspects of voice communications. The selected candidate must also be able to understand and articulate how technology can enhance productivity and ultimately the bottom line. Members of ENS Group’s Unified Communication sales team are responsible for selling the Cisco Unified Communications platform to clients with existing legacy phone systems.      

Requirements   

Preferred candidates will have a minimum of two (2) years of experience selling telephony services. A sustained performance record of calling on, selling to, and building relationships with C-level executives is desired.
