a co-located fail-over site that
provides mission critical technology
functions to all locations in the event
the datacenter located at corporate
headquarters suffered a declared
emergency.

develop an infrastructure that allowed
for the integration of new banks into
the system while at the same time
reducing costs.

closely with IAB to understand their

the new infrastructure, evaluate costs,
and create timelines for implementation.

Challenge: After
making several acquisitions SDI quickly
found itself faced with a number of
autonomous technology infrastructures.
As SDI began to unify their business
model and corporate appearance the need
to consolidate and unify this
infrastructure became paramount.

contracted ENS to design the new
environment, generate implementation
documentation, build the base
environment, and work with the different
technology staffs on a project
management, implementation, or
consultative basis.

Challenge: Assist
with merging Superior Essex Fort Wayne
operation's Microsoft Active Directory
(AD) forest into the AD forest of the
Atlanta, Georgia division.

Solution: ENS prepared
a timeline and labor estimates for each
phase of the merger process, along with
the technical expertise required of
those carrying out the tasks. With this
document, Superior Essex was able to
better understand the process that would
be required and the impact on their
business environment.
